Atmospheric dream-pop three-piece Emmecosta have dropped an impressive new post-club track, ‘Laek’. The track burns slowly, moving from those hauntingly beautiful opening moments that are reminiscent of early Bon Iver’s folk work, and into the subtle influence of electronic music as quiet beats and subtle synths wander into the texture. They describe the track as “a heartfelt reflection on love, loss, and the passage of time.
